Informational use only — not veterinary advice
PawGauge’s calculators and articles provide general estimates and information to help you understand your pet’s growth, weight and feeding. They are not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis or treatment. Every animal is an individual; figures here are typical estimates with a margin of error, not a promise about your pet. Always consult a qualified veterinarian about your pet’s health, and seek urgent care for any emergency.
Accuracy
We build our tools on published veterinary sources (such as WALTHAM growth data, WSAVA body-condition guidance and AKC breed standards) and take care to get the methods right. Even so, results depend on the numbers you enter and on natural variation between animals, so we can’t guarantee any result is exact or complete. Use them as a guide, and verify anything important with your vet.
No warranty & liability
The site is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PawGauge is not liable for any loss or harm arising from your use of, or reliance on, the site or its calculators.
Acceptable use
You may use PawGauge for your own personal, non-commercial pet-care purposes. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at scale, or misrepresent our content as your own.
Intellectual property
The calculators, original charts, illustrations and written content on PawGauge are ours and are protected by copyright. You’re welcome to link to our pages and to share our growth charts with attribution to PawGauge; please don’t republish substantial content without permission.
Advertising & affiliate links
To keep the calculators free, PawGauge may display advertising and, in future, include affiliate links to relevant products. If we ever earn a commission from a link, it comes at no extra cost to you and never changes a calculator’s result or our recommendations. Any advertising is handled per our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current terms.
